Compared to the Muskoxen, Thomas Edison was a (bitch).

Lately there have been several instances where "inventors" have made headlines for things we, the Muskoxen (aka The Muskoxen and Vince the Muskoxen Separatist), conceived of, but never followed through on.

Probably the most prominent instance of this has been this "Fried Beer" thing.

I believe it was Muskoxen Keith who came up with this idea, but we hit an impasse when we were such purists that we wouldn't allow fried beer batter or fried beer bread. Our indecision has cost us worldwide headlines, and probably some money for something totally stupid. Getting worldwide headlines, and some money for something totally stupid could easily be the stated goal of our organization if we had one.

And there are more!

"Spray-on clothes" - originally conceived of as a way to avoid laundry, our version was more like paper mache or white out with some kind of linen/thread base so, if you spilled on yourself, you could paint over it and have a nice, fresh looking shirt. Admittedly, sales will go better for these people with their attractive, topless model than us with our ad campaign of fat slobs dropping wings and meatballs on their stomachs, but it's still the same idea.

"A countrywide scavenger hunt" (check about a quarter of the way through the article) - loosely conceived of by Vince and Keith for another site.

I think there was one other, but I forget it now.

The point is I have decided that instead of our ideas floating out into the void to be marketed and made famous by others, I'm going to start documenting mine. That way, when someone comes up with the idea later on I can point at this blog and have some kind of minor moral victory.

So, to that end, I present Tubecar. The safest, most untipoverable car ever designed.

I'm not quite sure how you would open the hatch and get in with the roll cage bars there, but I'm sure that's solved easily enough.
